Our product line boasts of over 200 different varieties of breads and rolls which all go through our rigorous and complex fermentation process. Whether we make a product on our state of the art equipment or if we make them by hand, we maintain our extended fermentation procedures in order to evoke the superior quality of flavor and taste that our customers enjoy.

For over 40 years Cusanos Bakery has been servicing the South Florida market with the highest quality fresh delivered bread products to the foodservice industry.
We bake daily a variety of over 200 Artisan and Gourmet breads, rolls and sandwich carriers. Our commitment to you is expressed in excellent delivery and customer service. We appreciate your business and work to continuously exceed expectations.

Combining our old world baking methods developed over five generations with our high volume production facility, we are able to satisfy any customer’s needs for quality artisan breads.

By utilizing our state of the art blast freezer, we can preserve the freshness and delicious flavor of our product to enable us to deliver frozen bread products anywhere in the country through National and Regional Food Service distributors.

We currently manufacture hundreds of different bread products made with All Natural ingredients for restaurant chains and food service customers nationwide. Some of our items include Baguettes, Ciabatta Bread, Dinner Rolls, Hamburger Rolls, Kaiser Rolls, Pullman Breads, sliced Sandwich Breads, and Sub Rolls.
