Our recipe for excellent quality is very complex. We purchase the finest quality ingredients available, not the cheapest. The grain for our flour is shipped from North Dakota and is milled to our highest standards; it is the best quality flour you can buy. Our water is conditioned with a high tech filtration system and is chilled to imitate that of New York water.
The next essential ingredient is our employees. Even with the most modern equipment available, our experienced and dedicated employees are a key factor to our exceptional quality. Over 60 % of our 120+ employees have worked for us for 10 years or longer.
We have a very extensive bakery product list and currently make over 200 varieties of breads and rolls, some of which are still hand made today for that artisan old world quality that machines cannot produce. For large quantities, we can custom design products to exact customer specifications. With over 5 million dollars invested in equipment alone, our state of the art production facility has the capacity to produce 18,000 breads per minute, therefore we can satisfy any customers needs.
We can surpass our fresh delivery boundary by utilizing our state of the art Blast freezer. We can preserve the freshness and flavor of our product to enable us to deliver anywhere in the country through National and Regional Food Service distributors.
